At BUNKA, we want you to feel good about what you buy, so we’ve kept our return and refund process simple and fair.
Return Timeframe
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order or making an in-store purchase.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
A quick heads-up:
- Discounted items are final sale
- Undergarments and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
Refunds and Exchanges
You can choose from the following options:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange for another item, subject to availability
If the new item costs more, you’ll just need to pay the difference.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank and public holidays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are refunded only if:
- Your order was lost
- Your order arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent to you
How to Request a Return or Exchange
For in-store purchases
Visit your nearest BUNKA store with the item and receipt.
For online orders
- Log in to your account at www.bunka.store
- Select the item you want to return or exchange
- Follow the return instructions and print the shipping label sent to your email
- Pack the item securely and send it back
All online exchanges are issued as store credit, after which a new order can be placed.
Items being returned are your responsibility until they reach BUNKA, so please pack them carefully.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us at
