Refund and Exchange Policy

Wrong size? Changed your mind? It happens.

At BUNKA, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order or making an in-store purchase.

You can choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • An exchange for another item, subject to availability
    If there’s a price difference, you’ll just need to cover it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

A few important things to note:

  • Discounted items are final sale
  • Undergarments and jewellery are final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Items shipped back to BUNKA are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them securely

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are refunded only if:

  • Your order was lost
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

How to Request a Return or Exchange

For in-store purchases
Visit your nearest BUNKA store with the item and proof of purchase.

For online orders

  1. Log in to your account at www.bunka.store
  2. Select the item you want to return or exchange
  3. Follow the instructions and print the shipping label sent to your email
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back

All online exchanges are issued as store credit, after which a new order can be placed.

Refunds and Timelines

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days, depending on your bank and public holidays.

When will I receive my exchanged item?
Exchanged items follow our standard delivery timelines:

  • Local delivery: up to 2 business days
  • Worldwide delivery: up to 5 business days

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us at
