Refund and Exchange Policy

Wrong size? Not what you were looking for? At BUNKA our main priority is your satisfaction.

  • Exchanges and returns are offered within 14 days of receiving your order or in-store purchase.
  • You can return your unwanted item for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. An exchange is offered to any other item available in-store or online. You are required to pay the difference in price should there be any.
Please note the following rules to our return and exchange policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items or exchanged items must have tags still on and in original packaging.
3. Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4. Undergarments and jewelry are final sale and prohibited from return or exchange for hygienic purposes.
5. Items shipped back to BUNKA due to exchanges or returns are your responsibility until they have reached BUNKA. Please ensure that you have packaged the item securely and included the correct information.
6. Delivery charges are refundable only in the following circumstances 
        1. Your order has been lost
        2. Your order has been damaged
        3. The incorrect item has been shipped to you
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Visit your nearest BUNKA store
2. Online orders:
    1. Visit and log into your account
    2. Choose the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  3. Package your item and print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by e-mail
    4. Send us back the package
    5. All online exchanges will be initiated in the form of store credit then a new order must be placed
